We developed My JE to help customers understand where your energy is being used in the home and take control of spending by making small adjustments which add up to money savings.

Through the My JE app, you can view how your energy bill is tracking each month, draw comparisons with previous months and set targets to ensure you don’t exceed your budget.

Despite it being an unseasonably warm start to winter, there were nearly 1,000 downloads of the app in November - the highest number of downloads since April 2021 when the app was launched.

We have now almost reached 18,200 downloads and are pleased that the app is helping so many Islanders to use energy more sustainably and make savings on their energy bills this winter.

It is a powerful app giving you the tools to use energy wisely and, importantly in these challenging times, making savings where possible. By using less energy, we’re also playing a role in becoming more sustainable, which is great news for all our community.

We know from your comments that the app is making a real difference to bills. Now we’re calling on My JE users to help share the message with friends and family about the difference the app is making for you, so we can all make savings.
