Andrew's background and experience
Andrew was appointed in September 2017. He has had over 20 years HR experience in the transport, manufacturing and oil and gas sectors and has strong experience working closely with unions.
He was formerly HR Director for South West Trains and HR Director Europe/ Sub Saharan Africa for Halliburton, an oil and gas services business.
Andrew's fellowships and qualifications
Andrew became a Fellow of CIPD in 2010 and has a 2:1 in Psychology from Westminster University and a MA in Human Resources Management from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.
