Max Demand at a glance

All electricity is charged at the same standard rate whatever time of the day or night it is used.

This tariff is suitable for all types of appliances: heaters, lights, TVs, washing machines etc.

It is likely to suit you if you use the majority of electricity during the day and rarely use electricity to heat your home or hot water.

Who is it for?

This tariff is for homes that require a service capacity greater than 100A (three phase).

Customers whose Power Factor is less than 0.95 lagging, will incur higher energy costs than necessary. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team.

All Maximum Demand Tariffs are subject to a minimum charge of 30 kiloVolt amperes (kVA).
